Dear Donna & Family and Janice & Ted,
We were so sad to learn George had passed away. He set a wonderful example for the rest of us with his big smile, love of family and joie de vivre. Though we did not meet often, something always felt ‘right’ knowing he was there in Pictou.

Very sorry to hear of George's passing. We were good friends when I lived in Pictou many years ago. We became reacquainted many years later as Nova Scotia Land Surveyors. He was always positive and respectful. A good person who will be missed.

I was very sorry to hear of George's passing. I came up across his land survey work often when I was in Pictou. He turned out a lot of good surveys during his career.
