Obituary of Irma Eileen MacPhail

MacPHAIL, Irma Eileen, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday August 20, 2019.  Born in St. John, New Brunswick on May 3, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Allison and Ada (Collins) McKeil.  She was predeceased by her husband, George; son, Watson; grandsons, Jason, Rodney; daughters-in-law, Cathy, Lily; in-laws, Elsie and Jack; siblings, George, Charlie, Midge, Everett, Donald and Fred.  Surviving are children, Edward (Ethal), Eileen, Dale (Eva), Jimmy, Robert, Roger (Darlene), Rockey; her special mom, Mary Barker; sisters, Doris, Shirley; sister-in-law, Irene; grandchildren, Willie, Scott, Damia, Josh, Sara, Myles, Nick, Bradley, Frankie Lee, Jessie, Charles, Jamielee, Shanria, Jacey, Kevin, Michelle, Madeline, Casey, Ashley; great-grandchildren, Anaya, Lily, Jaycyn, Nevah, Luke, Cathy, Rosie, Summer, Jace, Lily Rose, Lexie, Kellen; and her companion dog, Rosie.  Visitation will be held 2-4PM Saturday, August 24th in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou.  Donations in Irma’s memory may be made to the Pictou County SPCA or the Canadian Cancer Society.  www.mclarenfuneral.ca
