Dorothy Jean (King) Patelakis
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Dorothy Jean (King) Patelakis, on September 11, 2020
Born in New Glasgow on December 10, 1931, she was a daughter of the late Milton King and Ella Mae (Moore) King.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, George Patelakis; sisters, Betty Osborn, Mildred Murray, June Sloan; and brother, Harold King.
She is survived by daughters, Chrisoula (Brian Wong), Barbara Ann Richard, and Gail Patelakis; ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and sisters, Vivian (Joe Goly) and Janet (Ron Obrien).
The family would like to thank the staff at Ivey's Terrace, where she resided, for giving her loving care.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial will take place at a later date.
