Sandra was a close and dear friend. We met during the time I lived in Pictou County, and we shared our love of horses, especially Arabians. We went to Pictou Exhibition together, and many other horse shows in the Seventies. We shared innumerable cups of tea, talking for hours, at her home near the Pictou Exhibition grounds. We had so much in common. We have stayed in touch over the decades, the last time we met in person was in 2013. She will be very much missed, I loved her dearly. My condolences to her family.
