Liz was a close and good friend, was always there when things were going on with me. We went to school together in Pictou for a couple of years before I moved away. Then she even came to Ontario to my first wedding in 1961 & was part of it. Always cheerful even when she was suffering lately. I really appreciated her friendship so I will miss her. My sincere sympathies to the whole family, especially the grandchildren that she really loved and talked about so much. By the way I really liked her obituary girls, you did a good job reminding us of things in that. You all take care, praying for you Joan (North) Dunn

We wish to send our condolences to Bobby, Michelle, Patti, and family on the huge loss of a dear, loving wife and Mother as well as a truly special Grandmother and Great Grandmother . You all were the focus of Liz’s life and every moment with you brought Liz such joy. Liz’s kindness and loyalty was spread around to so many of us friends who were fortunate to to know her.
