I will always have a special place for Dolly in my heart - for many reasons. But one in particular comes to mind. Years ago we needed to get to Quebec to sell our house and my daughter, Meredith Marcotte (who had seizures), needed a safe place to stay while we were gone. Well, Dolly was right there, offering her a bed and some sista-hood time for a few days. It may seem like a simple gesture, but for a parent with a vulnerable child, it was a precious gift, knowing she was safe and happy. Dolly just took her under her wing and went with the flow - as Dolly was so good at doing! Thanks Dolly, you’re the best!
