JOHNSTON, Richard K. ‘Dick’ Pictou JOHNSTON, Richard Kyle ‘Dick’- 94, of Pictou, passed away peacefully February 20, 2023 at the Oddfellows Home, Pictou. Born August 2, 1928, he was a son of the late George ‘Twitter’ and Hazel Grace (Bickerton) Johnston. Dick was an eccentric, intelligent, one of kind man. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Bob and sister, Faye. He is survived by his nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at McLaren Funeral Home. Donations in Dick’s memory may be made to the SPCA or the Pictou Food Bank.
