LANGILLE, Terrence W. ‘Terry’ Meadowville Terrence ‘Terry’ Wayne Langille, of Black River Road, Meadowville passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 20, 2024 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born June 26, 1959, he was a son of the late Lawrence and Mary (Lloyd) Langille. He was employed as a pipe fitter at Pictou Shipyards and currently employed with Partners Construction Ltd. as a heavy equipment operator. Surviving are his wife, the former Ferne MacKenzie; sons, Jeremy (Marion), Amherst; Jonathan (Catherine), Brookside; grandsons, Michael (Ileane), Ryan, Brennan, Henry; great-grandson, Rafael; brothers, Jimmy (Irene), Brian (Karen), Kevin, Darrell; sister, Brenda as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by daughter, Amy Marie; sister, Elizabeth ‘Beth’; brother, John Colin and nephew, John Burton. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 11AM from the West Branch United Church with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. Burial of ashes to follow in the West Branch Cemetery. Donations in Terry’s memory may be made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
