Obituary of Bonnie Davidson

DAVIDSON, M. B ‘Bonnie’ Central Caribou We are saddened by the death of our beloved sister Bonnie on January 25, 2024. She was born in Pictou on November 16, 1943 and spent most of her life at our family home in Caribou. Bonnie worked in Halifax for a short time, was a receptionist at CKEC, but spent most of her working life at the Pictou & Aberdeen Hospitals. She enjoyed the 55 Plus Club where she exercised, cycled and walked. Always an animal lover, she usually had a cat curled up somewhere. She ventured out to Vancouver a few times and enjoyed trips to Florida and Hawaii. Bonnie was friendly to everyone and enjoyed her life. She is survived by her sisters, Janice Stevenson, New Westminster, BC; Gayle (John) Cormier, Charlottetown, PEI; four nephews, Craig and Joel Cormier, Derek and Shawn Stevenson and their families; many caring cousins and good friends. She was predeceased by loving parents, Richard and Margaret (Otter) Davidson. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held sometime in the summer. Donations in her honor can be made to the SPCA or Pictou County Palliative Care Society.
