Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Margaret ‘Peggy’; brothers, Allan and Nicky; sister, Elsie Slaunwhite; and brother-in-law, Leonard Lynch. The family would like to extend a special thank you to his sister-in-law, Nellie Bray, goddaughter, Shelly Bray and niece, Marilyn Bray for the love and support they have shown for both dad and our family. You were our rocks when we needed you most. A special thank you to Bill and Peggy Echlin for the countless trips to Halifax for treatment and Dr.’s appointments. Your kindness will always be remembered. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from 6-9 PM Friday at McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou.
