Our home has many great memories of Cliff. Some are of the many trips to the auction with my Dad. Collecting his rhubarb from behind his house to give to my Mom. Handing him a trout fresh from the pond, and delivering gluten free treats Mom made or bought as it was a neighbourly trading action that happens in Durham. The look of delight having tasted Shiela's Strawberry smoothies. But I will aways remember when Cliff was at the Aberdeen with covid and all they served him was GF sandwiches from Toronto. So for a few days I took his favourite take out food to him and sat down beside him and we both had a laugh at the Nursing staff and enjoyed a meal together. Our home and community will sadly miss Cliff. But the sweet memories will never be forgot.

Sharon and family, I am so sorry to hear of Cliff’s passing! He taught me so many lessons over the years, but what I remember most was his kindness! He will be missed.

Norma, Sharon and family….I was so, so sad to read of Clifton’s passing! He was such a dear and treasured friend to Mum and Dad and remained so to me after! Clifton was indeed a pillar in the church as well as community. He will be remember for his gentle way and kindness! I know he will be with Bert now too! After Bert passed, Cliff would bring me Easter crème eggs every year and we would laugh and remember Bert. It was such a small thing but I always looked forward to it and it meant so much to me. He will be missed. ❤️❤️

So sorry to hear! He was a very special friend. We spent many hours at the rink whether it was was playing ringette or selling chicken burgers and corn. We really worked well together. Loved spending time with him. Often had a chat at the mall. Truly a great friend. May he rest in peace.

Norma , Sharon & family, so sad to hear of Cliff's passing. Being from Durham you couldn't not know Cliff & Norma! So welcoming & kind to all of us neighbour's and so giving of their time.
