It has been many years since we have seen you folks but we were saddened to read of Eddie’s passing. We remember him as young and active in our camping days. Had the weather been more cooperative, we would have visited the funeral home but please know that our thoughts and prayers are being sent to all of the Underwoods and the extended family.

To Bev , Joe, Bill, and Marilyn.
I was saddened to hear of Edwins passing. Although we lived many miles apart I would think of him time and again. We knew each other from the time we were youngsters on Victoria St. The last time I spoke with him was in front of the home in Pictou and he told me at that time of his sickness.
Now he is gone it is too late to visit with him but I will always remember Ed. and his family from many years back.

Our sincere condolences are extended to Eddie’s family during this period of mourning. He was taken way too soon but he will finally find peace following his health challenges over the past few years. I grew up in Pictou County, now live in Selkirk Man and became friends with Eddie during the mid - late 60’s. I noticed in his Obituary a note of his love for vehicles and travelling. Brings me to a recollection of Eddie, myself and Miller McLaren embarking on what I believe was our first trip ever into the USA. We were barely in our twenties at the time and the whirlwind tour took us south down the eastern seaboard to Providence RI, then north-west to Ontario and finally eastward back to N.S. Not once did we have contact with the police, an amazing feat. My memories travelling with him that year are enduring. Rest In Peace, my friend. Best to you Joey.
