We did not introduce ourselves but we certainly knew of each other as we both attended Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) 2014-2015 (I was in the "Office Administration" program). The few times we met, once at a campus affair and once shortly after June 2015 (convocation), we spoke easily and agreed that 2014-2015 was a good year at NSCC! Shauna was the violinist at the June 2015 convocation -- a nice affair it was. Shauna's obituary is proudly included in my NSCC portfolio to accompany the convocation's brochure.
